I brought in my stuff about a week and a half before tax day. I was told there would be a new client special of $199 and they'd get it done in 3 days. They called me back to sign and it wasn't 'actually' completed. They escalated it up to a manager. Manager called me and said it's good and ready to sign. I come in and pay $900 then to submit ...it wouldn't go through. They escalated it to national. They called and said it's ready to go and come in and sign.
