The lady that prepared my taxes was , funny, and informative
Very helpful and friendly
Not very helpful. They basically told me to go to a CPA since I have an LLC & wouldn't file my W-2 since I had business taxes to deal with as well. Very dismissive. Not a good fit for me.
Prince should have been cheaper than $333.95 for just 1 w2 paper & no dependents other than that ,they were ok.
