First time I came in I spoke to Andrea Rankin awesome lady really tried to help me out second time I came in since I didn’t have the money to file fully the price shot up over 400 extra dollars said the promotion ended. They ended up asking me how much I could pay only having $297 in my bank account at the time I only could pay 250 it took roughly 30 minutes for them to get the price down to that overall my opinion, very greedy people should have filed with TurboTax saved the extra money Will not be coming back next year.
