I came to get my taxes done and only half the job was done. Federal was filed but not State. Why? Who comes in to file only federal? I've been given the run around for about three weeks now only to find that they've moved to a new location. I didn't realize that Jackson Hewitt was some fly by night operation. Very unhappy.
