My experience with Tationa Jones at Jackson Hewitt was very professional and was a joy to do service with. Thanks for making the process with filing my refund fun, fast & easy. Hopefully, next year i get to file with you again.
This experuence was pretty disorganized in part because I didn't receive my 1099 forms when I should have. But the rest wasn't organized at all and I didn't feel confident in my tax preparer. JH is very expensive and even with a senior discount cost me over $300. I'll be using free services by AARP going forward.
