Unfortunately when I had them do my taxes it was a mistake. The lady who did them had only been doing taxes one day out of the month. I was so surprised the little refund my wife and I received given we own a home. Besides that at the end of having my returns done she gave me a card where my Federal refund would go onto. Well, I tried using it tonight and it was denied!! That’s funny because I got a message told me the money was on there!! Very unhappy with them!!! From now on I’ll do my own taxes.
