Had a scheduled appointment and nobody showed up !!! They didn't contact me , just sat there .. called various numbers and nobody could help me from jackson Hewitt!! RUN!!! THEY ARE LIARS JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
Eduardo is amazing and really deserves a raise! We walked in and he was so helpful and supportive!! We will be returning every year!!
If I could, 0 stars. I booked 2 appts in the north windham, walmart location, which included confirmation emails. One for myself, and one for my 85 year old mom. She has tremendous difficulty going anywhere, especially in the winter. It took alot of energy for her, getting ready, making the trip, even with my assistance. We arrived on time and sat at the desk waiting, waiting, waiting. I finally called the main number, which took ten minutes just to get through to a live agent. No one ever showed up. Jamie was very helpful with all my tax paperwork and I had a lot of it. She also made me feel comfortable with filling my taxes with her definitely will use her again. The filing prices I thought they were a bit high but if gets it done , I am happy with it. First year with Jackson Hewitt.
