They charged a hefty fee, over $200, though I can't recall the exact amount. They handled my taxes, but their computer and printer frequently malfunctioned. Eventually, they sent me a document from my tax file to sign, but it's been more than seven months, and I haven't received any refund. Furthermore, I've started getting letters from the IRS and the Ohio Department of Taxation regarding problems with my taxes. Don't waste your time with them.
