My first time with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service was surprisingly wonderful. The tax preparer named Patricia was very professional, & very thorough. Patricia was systematic in her service, and she took her time in going over my documents as well as asked me the appropriate questions concerning my documents. This is our first time at Jackson Hewitt. Tammy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a little glitch with our promotion but Tammy took charge and solve tge issue. Highly recommend!
