Terrible experience. Over 4 hours to complete an uncomplicated tax filling because the tax preparer is not trained on the energy credit and had to reach out to an experience tax preparer several times, yet I get charged $510.00. Its ridiculous and shouldn't have taken over 4 hours. So definitely not using your services again or recommending. I feel unease that the lack of her expertise might have caused my tax return to be inaccurate.

I went to a local Walmart store where a Jackson Hewitt kiosk was set up. It was an absolutely terrible experience. First of all, the young lady who was working there ignored me. I had called shortly before I came there, and she said she could squeeze me in. She glanced up at me and continue to slowly tap away at her keyboard. I waited for a couple minutes and she finally acknowledged me. I asked her to give me an estimate of what she thought it would cost to do my taxes.
