I went to a local Walmart store where a Jackson Hewitt kiosk was set up. It was an absolutely terrible experience. First of all, the young lady who was working there ignored me. I had called shortly before I came there, and she said she could squeeze me in. She glanced up at me and continue to slowly tap away at her keyboard.
