Mrs. Ellis was very professional and detailed in preparing my taxes. I highly recommend her to any who needs tax preparations. Great job!!
They advertised a special for $49, however the preparer didn't inform me of anything she was doing,and charged me for a deluxe package,which was over $200. When I told her I didn't want the deluxe, she said it was too late. If that wasn't a bait and switch,I won't be going back.
Very quick and easy process, and my preparer was the sweetest—she was very patient and easy to talk with.
