This is my first time filing with Jackson Hewitt. Hands down THEE BEST filing experience! I worked with Sehgal Rish. Sehgal Took the time with me to explain and answer all of my dumb questions. He was extremely patient and highly detailed when asking about each write off. Because of Sehgal‘s wealth of knowledge and expertise the government will be owing ME money! I don’t normally write reviews, however Sehgal deserves recognition and praise!
This year the tax preparer at this location was ok. He did his job last year the gal who’s there went above and beyond to help me and my son I just don’t feel this guy did anything to help us he’s just like here’s your taxes you have to pay here’s what you owe. Thanks goodbye it Certainly not his fault that we have to pay, but he could’ve done something to alleviate. I guess I don’t know just something. I just don’t feel like he did anything. I’m quite disappointed.
