This is my third year having Jackson Hewett prepare my tax return. My year I was stressed because my husband had received 2 lump sums of money and knew I would have to pay. The person preparing it that year gave me some pointers for the future. The following year I stayed with JH but had to go to a different location. That person gave even better tips. The person who did my taxes was really good however when taxes where done I was charged 670 dollars I almost fell out of my chair I am retired on a fixed income 670 dollars for my taxes I will never go to you guys again and im telling everyone I know to stay away it is absolutely ridiculous 670 dollars I can't believe it never again STAY AWAY FROM JACKSON HEWITT zero stars had to put 1 star to post
These people charged me 595.00 to do my 1099 taxes one year 2025's I crashed out quietly I cried I was livid truly angry and was treated unprofessionally my preparer treated me like she wasn't going to get paid they took 100.00 dollars off I'm grateful but the shushing me I couldn't speak mind you I was her 10am appointment and tried to charge me more money because we went over an hour but I was your only customer make it make sense smh I despise this company they are the worst!!!!!
