All the ladies there were super helpful and made everything real easy to keep up with will be back next year
I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for 3 years now and have always had Ms. Nichelle Jackson at the Telegraph Rd in Taylor and ever time I have had the best experience. Not only the tax representative that helped me was amazing, but the whole staff there as well. I will always be loyal to this location as long as the they are present.

I never like getting taxes done. I have to say that this being my first time coming here I was a little apprehensive. The tax preparer was wonderful, she was very understanding and helpful. My taxes were done quickly and I felt comfortable and confident with the process. I believe that I have found a new place to get my taxes done. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt.
This is my third year having Jackson Hewett prepare my tax return. My year I was stressed because my husband had received 2 lump sums of money and knew I would have to pay. The person preparing it that year gave me some pointers for the future. The following year I stayed with JH but had to go to a different location. That person gave even better tips.
