I have learned the hard way to do taxes if you gotta do taxes go to a free place really cheap place this place to charge so much to get your taxes done and this before you do your taxes and make sure you look through all your form correctly look at the service fee if this says like 70 bucks is not cause there’s like other fee too with it so we don’t recommend anyone who’s trying to get the tax done. I learned the hard way.

I’ve been get my taxes done by them for over 15 years and it’s rude lady named Christine. Call me to confirm an appointment because I have two appointments scheduled. I told her it wasn’t let me cancel the appointment. I scheduled a different appointment time she kept telling me she had an appointment at that time. I told her no she doesn’t because that’s my appointment I booked. She got an attitude and I just told her just cancel all the appointments. We had scheduled a 7:00pm appointment and when we went in the only tax preparer there was Timetriana and she was with customers already as it sounded like they had just started! We had to sit and wait for about 20 minutes if not longer! Once it was our turn she rushed through as they were closing at 8:00pm! We needed to file injured spouse forms but she didn’t know how to do them so needed help! Once I received one of the forms from the state back I was told I could just drop off and pickup when done!
