We had scheduled a 7:00pm appointment and when we went in the only tax preparer there was Timetriana and she was with customers already as it sounded like they had just started! We had to sit and wait for about 20 minutes if not longer! Once it was our turn she rushed through as they were closing at 8:00pm! We needed to file injured spouse forms but she didn’t know how to do them so needed help! Once I received one of the forms from the state back I was told I could just drop off and pickup when done!
