So I know I had given the review before I knew that this dumb girl Amanda messed up my taxes it's been 4 months and I'm still trying to figure out to fix my taxes myself because not one person at Jackson Hewitt has helped me with anything. I will never go to them ever again worst experience ever especially seeing as they charged me so much to file my taxes with them. Not would I ever let anyone I know go to them again
Not even open. Made an appointment for an in person visit & went all the way to the location only for them to be closed when they're supposed to be open according to all the signs on the door. Waited outside for 30 minutes before leaving.
