Been a customer for 17 years ...if your looking to get your taxes done cheap this is not the place ... Especially as explained to me by one of thier reps if you have a lot of tax forms like earned income head of household child tax credit. Apparently the price of each form is really high thats why the fee you pay is so high. But besides the high fee the service is great and fast .
