After 12 years this was my last. Chatting me 1000$ for a simple return with no extras is disgusting. The gal didn't even try to find discounts. It took 55 minutes AFTER my actual appt time to be seen. It took 15 minutes to do my return. 1000$ for 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN.
Paid a hefty sum of money in fees to have them take care of my taxes. I had 3yrs of unfiled taxes to go through so I knew it wouldn't be quick and kind of expensive which I was okay with. My issue with this particular Jackson Hewitt is that I asked them multiple times "am I completely legal and caught up?" To which they responded yes you are.
