Me and my wife have been using Jackson Hewitt for 11 years and this year was horrible The tax preparer didn't click the button to give us our refund advance and now we can't get our advance. Paid over 700$ for our taxes to be filed and all they said was sorry, then gave me a 300$ check 2 weeks after I filed. Very upset
Tax Preparer is fast and the location I convenient (located in Walmart). The cost to get the taxes prepared was a little on the high side.
