Very nice
We set up our appointment and both of the consultants assisted me with my return. I have 2 mortgages so, there’s some things I can’t do on my laptop. We finished in about 25 minutes and they found some money I may have missed.
It was very nice to have a person that was down to earth, easy to talk to, and feel good that the taxes was done right
Was just in there to attempt to do my taxes, apparently the employees think it’s okay to bring their children to work. When I walked in the employees child was tugging at my jacket and my car keys. Trying to pull my tax paperwork out of my hand. Floor was covered in crumbs and toys. Would not ever go back. Extremely unprofessional and a complaint to district manager has been sent aswell
