I visited the Jackson Hewitt located inside of the Burlington Walmart and received help from John. He was very attentive and understanding of my situation; while making sure to provide excellent customer service!! This was my first time using a professional tax service, and I will be doing so going forward. The location was clean and I wasn’t bothered by the passing customers of Walmart.
John Hartley has helped me with taxes the last two years. My first year was my first time ever paying taxes. John kindly and throughly explained every step to me and answered any questions I had. He is great!
They do a great job
At walmart gonna fine some were else next year the price was way to much
Latosha did absolutely fantastic. What was a hour visit turnout being 2.5 hours. She answered all my questions and got me my maximum refund. You need more Latosha's. If I could give 10 stars for Latosha I would.
