I was most dissatisfied with this service. I had stopped by the day before and made the appointment to have my taxes done. I had not used this company's services before, but was attracted to a big sign saying "As low as $49 for new customers", since I file single with no deductions, just started receiving SS in December, and was only paid for part time as a 24/7 caregiver, I expected to be charged $49.
