You charge way too much... Even though you allow us to get a loan for Christmas and then a early loan in January the money that you charge people is ridiculous when I had to wait until yesterday to get my taxes and it's supposed to be 8 to 21 days it took me a month to get them plus I paid you guys $800 to do it I had friends of mine that did it on TurboTax they paid $49.59 and got theirs back within a week so yeah I will not.. be using y'all anymore and I will not recommend you to anyone
