I’ve been getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt for 8 years. Hope Lindermeyer has always been good to me and taken good care of me. I always take advantage of the refund advance before Christmas because who doesn’t want to give their kids extra and there were years when I counted on that to give my kids a Christmas period. This year you all went with a different bank. Every year I have always gotten back the maximum on the refund advances. This year I only got back 500/500.
