Hope Lindenmayer has been doing my taxes for me for quite a while now, been going there for roughly 9 years and she has always done amazing and quick work. To the degree I had moved over to Jeffersonville and went to their branch but had so much trust and confidence and her and her work that now I just make the extra little trip to Grant line just to be able to have her do my taxes so I know I have ease of mind that it was done correctly
I used this branch for the first time since moving to New Albany. And my experience did not disappoint. It was easy to make an appointment online and the email reminder told me everything I needed to bring w me to file my taxes. A gentleman named Joshua helped me and his customer service was phenomenal. He made sure to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on. He was very kind and charismatic.
