Made an appointment for the Waipahu location TWICE, and twice no one was there. Waited for an hour and no one showed up. Had texts and emails confirming the time ,place, and date. I don't know why you would send confirmations just for no shows. Wasted my time and gas twice and the phone number is useless. No answer multiple times, and the one time I got connected to Pearl City they couldn't speak English well and gave me the same number I was calling from to try to connect to someone in Waipahu.
