Office ladies are always awesome! I've been a customer for a few years now and I'm better off as a new customer. The sign on the door read " new customers file for $150". They wanted $450 from me. The office gave me a $50 discount and tried to get the manager to discount another $50. The manager pushed back and only gave $25 off. I can file for 10 years straight and if I miss a year and come back then I'm considered a new customer. Whats crazy is that its much easier when you are a repeat customer than if you are new.
