I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Jackson Hewitt. I was explicitly told to arrive at 10:00 AM for my tax filing appointment. I arrived on time, only to find that the person who scheduled the appointment never bothered to show up — and worse, no one from the office extended the basic courtesy of a phone call, email, or message to inform me of the no-show.
