Misleading, greedy and rude service provided by Pooja. She was arrogant, disrespectful and dishonest regarding pricing and wanted me to pay more for everything when their counterpart office is asking for 120-200 for just one W2 no dependent, no extra income just straightforward tax and she asked $420-500 and with poor attitude when I asked for simple questions, she said “I charge for just answering any question which is 200-500 dollars.
