It was so easy and my rep made it a little easier
Took my 93 year old grandma to Jackson Hewitt for preparing her taxes. Only had a simple standard 1040 form to fill out and only one form from social security. First time ever. The gal at the stand was great. Efficient, thorough and kind. While sitting at the booth, a sign says "could start at $49.00". Another sign says "new clients could be less then $149.00". But when it came time to pay, we were charged the full $149 because the social security form was the "long version"??!!??. We were in and out within 20 minutes. We wi... read more
