Very unsatisfied with the service. Initial use of your services was completed with an inexperienced employee at the Prattville Alabama Walmart location. The individual appeared to not know your systems and when asked about filing through the mail she was at a total loss what to do. She made such a mess of it that a visit to the local branch office had to be completed.
