Soldiers, be advised not all tax reps are knowledgeable or do they care about you. As I experienced with one at Walmart location for my sons taxes. The next day, I had no choice but to use the actual office at 6243 Yadkin Rd. I was helped by Mrs Demyra Martin-Russ. Her relentless professionalism and genuine desire to help you was very obvious.
