Kenia is a very nice worker , great customer service ..helped me out after going to the other location and they was not there , she was very helpful ..hoping to see her next year around the same time !!
I just wanted to tell you guys, if you are looking for somebody to go to, to do your taxes, then I highly recommend going to Jackson Hewitt inside the Walmart on Main Street in Pearland and ask for Kenia. She was very professional, great customers service skills and she took her time in explaining things to me and how they work as well as taking her time and not giving up on trying to figure out a mistake that was made on my form and getting it resolved for me and getting me the most out of my refund.
