Excellent service. Good price My new tax service
Grace Doroz was very patient and kind. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I would do my taxes with her again next year. Very satisfied with the service!
Although these reviews of Grace were positive I have had the opposite experience. I have requested her help twice with an issue with my tax return that she processed and I continue to get the run around, being told she contacted her manager and I would be hearing from them. As of today I have not heard from anyone. Highly disappointed as she continues to say she did nothing wrong. All im looking for is an explanation of what I need to send in and she cannot do that.
