I came in and spoke with Karen about my situation and she was very helpful she gave me all the information I needed and helped me understand everything I had questions about. She was so sweet and caring it was amazing. I left feeling slit better about my situation and when I file I will come back to her.
Karen made a fast and good tax return. I had a complicated one ,she knew what she was doing. Great, I will be back next time.
DO NOT GO HERE I would leave 0 stars if I could. they do not know what they are doing and will completely screw you over and out of your return. I prefilled in December, finished in January with my W2s and have been given the run around for the past 6 weeks, I have been given multiple days to call back to check on my refund and just told to call back.
