Well worth every penny. Professional and smart. Knew their stuff. Got a refund and I haven't had one in a few years!
The lady doing taxes at the Grand Rapids location is incompetent. First of all, she was rude to my fiance right off the bat, judging him for living with me and our child although we weren't married. Second, she was insanely slow and at the end of it tried telling him that his refund was only going to be $400. I cannot imagine she put the EIC OR the CTC into his tax return, as that makes absolutely no sense. He left and will not be coming back. I would suggest finding another tax preparer for this job.
I got so ripped off. Almost 600 for one easy tax return. Never recommended them and will tell everyone I know never to go here.
