Nelly was great
At first I was pleased but now I revoke my 1st response. With me it was ok & I expected to pay more for filing. However I referred my daughter there & she was very much overcharged. The website & when I called states it is $49 with 1 W 2 form. They informed her that it was $49 for federal & $49 more for state. Ok so doing the math that is $98. She was charged $169.00. for filing a simple tax form without any extras. I will not go back there. That is very misleading & I'm not a satisfied customer.
