It was ok. The amount doing my taxes was a lot more than I expected. Almost $300
I walked in to Jackson Hewitt in March to have them do my taxes, I had a shoebox with 40 receipts, and several W-2’s as I often work out of state for one company. I was asked to fill out the company paperwork before I could see someone then, before I was done filling out said paperwork I was ushered back to a desk with a woman who worked for the tax company, she then began to complain about having to itemize my receipts and said “that is a lot of extra work, I’m going to have to charge you for this…” to which I replied “that... read more
