Today I went to get my taxes done. Last year was a total and complete disaster dealing with TurboTax. I was half expecting the same experience when I went down to the Jackson Hewitt office at northbridge. To my surprise when I first entered I was met with courtesy and nice smiles. My tax preparer Roberta was very knowledgeable and respectful and didn't treat me like just another number.
