The tax preparer gave me a card for my money to go on and out the wrong card. I spent a week calling and finding where my refund went to only to have to wait another week . I called day it happened and corporate was supposed to issue me expedited shipping and never did . So I called and again have to wait only to speak to woman at Saint Claire shores office where this happened to only tell me she will leave me twenty dollars since I’m complaining about paying for quicker shipping .
