Five stars for services and Ms Tammy’s tax knowledge and customer service. Cost is the only reason for a 4-star instead of 5-star.
This has been the absolute worst tax filing experience I’ve ever had. It’s been unprofessional and my contact has been with Linda who is incompetent and seems to have little knowledge of our taxes or your tax system or computer program. We have been to the “office” three times to go over our return, sign our documents, have them printed, pay for the service and complete the process. 20 minutes the first time, she couldn’t get on the computer. 40 minutes the second time, she couldn’t get to where we needed to sign. 95 minutes... read more
