RUN, RUN, RUN!! First off, I’m only giving a star because I have to in order to write this review, they really deserve zero stars. Secondly, Jackson Hewitts are franchised, something I did not know, but I will blame myself for not due diligently doing my research before entrusting them with my taxes. Thirdly, they hire just anyone and not accountants or people that have been professionally trained and skilled at preparing taxes.
