This is the fifth year I have had my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt in my local Walmart. I have always been very satisfied with the preparers and this year was no exception. Mercedes Lawrence did an excellent job. She was very professional and very friendly. She gave me some helpful advice which I will definitely look into before I do next year’s taxes-with Jackson Hewitt. I would be pleased to work with Ms. Lawrence again.

The employee showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment, didn't apologize, was reeking of weed and cigarettes! Why should I trust my taxes on a person so careless with their jobs, their customers and high as a kite? Called the manager and never got a call back either! Their lack of responsibility and respect is really shocking! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
After the passing of my accountant of 30 years at the time I needed him the most, I walked into Jackson Hewitt and met one of the few people’s persons I have ever met. Miss Lawrence was there for me in my times of greatest need and therefore has a loyal customer for good.
Horrible experience. Had appointment with a family member for 10 am. No one shows up. Called main office and they didn’t even want to look into it. Last time I visit a tax table located in Walmart Should of known. Went down the street to H and R block
