Kind customer service reasonable time frame processing I'm assuming it was a good price first time filing taxes though so I'm not certain but I would do it again just based off the customer service and the common courtesy and representation professionalism

I called the NEXT DAY and I was told it was too late and I can’t be reimbursed. They charged me OVER $500 to complete my return which took about 27 min with no questions and no explanations given.
