Our first time filing with Jackson Hewitt. Several visits later we're all wrapped up for the year. The walk-in experience was great. The energy from Ms. MELISSA GREENWADE was great! She is very informative, knowledgeable, patient and I would say went above and beyond to inform us or to explain and not just input information. We will be visiting them again, specifically to work with Ms Greenwade. Thank you Ms Greenwade.
Ms. Edmonds is so knowledgeable and helpful! Much appreciated!
The representative was great.
