Margaret was very polite and helpful in explaining all the answers to my many questions. A nice experience.
For 2024 taxes I paid double the amount I paid Jackson Hewitt last year for 2023 taxes . Fee- $149.00 I filed again with Jackson Hewitt this year , 2024. I was told because I had 3 W-2’s Not sure if that’s the case or not ? But the fee -$330.00 seems high to me ? Maybe tell us first the charge ? I was told I could pay Jackson Hewitt from the refund I was getting ? But I saved $50 by paying for it the day of my appointment! Seems strange ?

Margaret was on point doing my taxes, I walked to her desk asked her if she could do them she said have a seat and proceeded to do my taxes. 45 minutes to 1 hr and she was done. Kudos for Margaret great job, and a pleasure to work with her. Thanks again 😊
