Tax preparor did not know basic things. He was supposed to be "their most knowledgable" since my taxes were more complex. I am going to have to refile he did so badly. On top of that was charged $650 for it. Never again, run for your lives.
Price gouged for my taxes. The price actually populated as $129 in the field.. agent manually deleted it and added $205! If the price was $205, why did the default amount say $129? I was told since it was so close to the 15th, it goes up. You were open with open appointments! How is that premium service? I didn't pound you out of bed or ask to open after hours! You lost a customer.
