Had a appointment at local walmart location. Nobody around to do the taxes.
Horrible service this year my 1st appointment they cancelled on me with no notice due to “staffing issues” my 2nd appointment was at 4pm we arrived 15-20 minutes early no one showed up I had to call customer service to get someone there took them an additional 20mins to arrive after sitting there for two and a half hours I got my lowest return in years I asked for discount gave me $200 off but still cost over $600 at the very end she told me I had to come back in a week to do my state taxes

Run....What a nightmare. The State taxes were so messed up the state had to redo them. Waited 3 months for refund to find out they had been sent to incorrect address. Three different addresses. What a scam. When I called to leave message I was ignored. Fly by night service.
