My husband and I went into Jackson Hewitt on 4th st in Yuma Az not knowing what the outcome would be regarding our taxes until we sat with Ms Edna! Made an appointment and went in to ask questions about my complicated return including would there be a charge just for assessing my situation before submitting and the person working with me said no, then the manager I guess from the back raised her voice with serious attitude saying NO IF WE DO THE WORK WE CHARGE! It was very rude and we were stressed enough from doing the taxes didn't need her bad attitude,we were just asking questions. will never go to Jackson Hewitt again. Also the price was ridiculous for everything.
I always feel secure that my taxes are done correctly. Great customer service at my branch office and fast returns. Thank you!
