I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dora at Jackson Hewitt! 🥹 She is truly the sweetest, most patient, and caring professional I could have asked for. If I could, I would rate these people a -10. Dropped off my paperwork to these people. Three days later they tell me they need my drivers license and Social Security cards. The next day they tell me they lost my documents. I go there for an appointment and am sitting waiting for the tax person to come out, which is 30 minutes later. Very unorganized, very unprofessional people. Not kind and I do not recommend this company at all. Do not go to them.
