Wasn't comfortable with the whole experience of being in Wal-Mart even though I've got my taxes done with Jackson Hewlett before somewhere else. The person doing my taxes seemed like they were unsure of things when it came to entering info off my forms. I will not be returning to them. After about a week , no fees were taken out for their service and found out later my refund was larger than they determined . I was there over my expected time to be finished also.
Made an appointment and no one showed up. Worst experience ever
Do NOT use this location!!! Apparently, this location & Romeo who is the “Owner” of this franchise of Jackson Hewitt takes appointments, sends you confirmation emails & texts then nobody shows up or contacts you!! Very Unprofessional…Bad Business Jacksonville Hewitt. Just because you can afford a franchise, doesn’t mean you should!
