They told me the return was done, I drove over to get it (Friday)and then I was told it was on hold. I called again (Tuesday) and was told it was done. I made an appt, went into pick it up but they said they didn’t receive my payment which I had a confirmation it was paid 4/4. So I waited another 2 HOURS, before they figured it out , then they realized they forgot to add a form.
