You only receive 3 stars because Beth at my local office was so sweet and kind to me. You deserve 1 star because Beth's manager talked to me and was way out of line, disrespectful, and absolutely rude. Jackson Hewitt should be embarrassed by the actions of that individual, and strictly because of her I will not be returning until she is no longer employed by your company.
