They're prices have increased too much. I will not use them next year.
Two of the three tax preparers had my taxes completely wrong it took me working through my own taxes to make them correct and yet I still had to pay a large preparation fee when I have simple tax documents. Never will I use them again
Very Helpful and Easy going
The guy doesn't look experienced in what he's doing. Kept showing back and forth the screen, asking if he can click this and that. This was our second year to this place. I had 20% off, and I know I can give my $50 coupon to my friend just like last year. But because he went to charge my friend first he said it's impossible for him to get any discount and he said it's too late and no sorry whatsoever
