The person I was scheduled with didn’t know what she was doing. When I asked questions, she refused to answer and then stopped working on my return. Over the ensuing 2 days, she called me twice and literally yelled at me and then at the follow up appointment told me she was done with me and just walked out without finishing. Friendly associates who were pleasant and easy to work with
Forced to opt in to all the marketing crap even though it's not supposed to be required. Because the guy didn't know how to work their own software. It was either sign or we're not sending in your documents even though it says it's not required. Never returning to a JH after this experience.
Very helpful, informative, and locally available.
The tax preparer was a real pleasure to work with. She had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable.
