Impressive service- really excellent management of my taxes. He moved through things in a relaxed but expert matter. It gave me a lot of confidence in his knowledge.
Do not go here whatever you do! I thought this was a reputable company, but it is clearly not. We spent an hour and a half there yesterday getting our basic taxes done, which they were not able to complete. We had to make another appointment for a different day in which they just called and left a message to cancel saying that we have to do an extension because they can’t figure it out. I feel like they are students working there that have no clue how to do peoples taxes. Would not recommend them in any way shape or form
This is the 5th year I have my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt. Maya did a super job. She was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. She was very thorough in her explanations and didn't make it any more complicated than necessary. I will go back for a 6th year!
