FIrst time doing taxes with them, didn't realize that trying to get your online documents would be like asking for heart transplant. Will never use again.
Linda is amazing, however did not like how the other 2 people treated customers. Talking down about customers out in the open and not willing to help this poor lady with any tax write offs. I got lucky in having Linda but it’s just sad some people have no money and the IRS already wants an arm an leg. The least you can do is be compassionate and help someone out. Not just throw a payment plan at them, but advise them on how to get tax write offs and game plan to save money.

My first experience with Jackson Hewitt here in Florida will absolutely be my last. From the very beginning, the process was disorganized. I received a call informing me that my online-scheduled appointment had been overbooked due to issues with their system not communicating properly. That’s frustrating enough on its own - but certainly not something that should fall on the customer. I was then told to come in at 11:00 AM.
