Word of advice, if you keep letting bad customers get to you, then you’re in the wrong business. Don’t take it out on good customers for what bad customers do to you. Or sometimes it’s not just the customer it’s the job, the IRS outcomes, working alone, your boss, coworkers or your personal life. Whatever the reason is learn to STAY PROFESSIONAL OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS. Will not be back there Thank you.
This is a good office. Both agents were so nice to me and Mr. Patel was really helpful. The lady , whose name I forgot helped also. They are ony list for 2025 taxes.
Sanjiv Patel was excellent in explaining everything I needed to know about my taxes as well as answering all the questions I had.
