I had an inexperienced tax preparer that filed my taxes. She had to constantly call a mentor for advice. I had to correct her on some things she had input in the system so she had to go back in and fix it. If I didn't have the little knowledge I have about taxes I would've ended up owing over $1100 to the state. SMH I won't be using Jackson Hewitt after using them for the past 9 years I will not be back.

Our experience was a good one would recommend them to anyone.
I made an appointment for my children at the Belleville, Michigan location and waited over an hour and no one ever showed! No phone call or anything. I even tried to call several times and no answer. This isn’t professional at all and I’m very disappointed!!!!
